Mindful Yoga

9 – 9:45 am | Chinook 22  (Provided by Joanne Greene)

This adaptive yoga class will give everyone the space to relax and open up in a way that soothes muscles and releases minds. With its slower pace, this class will keep everyone supported and safe while we connect with our breath and body. The event is free for all students, faculty, and staff who are interested in participating in this Unity Week event. This class is sponsored by University Recreation, the Access Center, and WSU ROAR.

UndocuAlly Training

10 am – 12 pm | CUB 206 (Provided by: Marcela Pattinson and Matthew Jeffries)

Develop an understanding of undocumented students’ experiences. The training introduces participants to resources and best practices that will assist them in becoming an ally for undocumented students.

Destress with MSS

1 – 3 pm | MSS Student Centers  (Sponsors: Multicultural Student Services (MSS))

Ceramics and Glass Painting (AAPI), Mindfulness Programming and Origami (AEC), Gingerbread house making and other arts and crafts (AASC), Adult coloring books and other arts and crafts (SMART Start), and holiday arts (CLSC). 

CCE Service Project: Palouse Conservation District

Meet at CUB L 38 | 1:15 – 4:30 pm | Transportation provided

Students will assist the Palouse Conservation District in their environmental restoration work, including weeding, tree planting, watering, and area cleanups. Sign up for Palouse Conservation Distrct here.
